I disagree strict punishment can for driving offences to help traffic accidents. Nowadays

most people don't obey the traffic rules. This phenomenon makes everyone worried. So many

governments to implement strict punishment to help traffic accidents.








I am sure can help traffic not strict punishment. I think, it should be from the education to

do. Child to give safety concepts in childhood. It educate students how to obey the traffic

rules in school. . part of the adult, I sugest to do on advertising in the media. because the

media spread vey fast. This can be effective to achieve results.
 
In addition, I agree strict punishment to help traffic accidents. But it is a short term effect.

In fact, people are going to forget punishment. they will make a mistake again by again.

Just look at what  in prison.

                   


           I visited to Australia eight years ago. I spend four months to live in Sydney.

 There is a peaceful and not crowded place. People are very relaxed in the street. I

won't feel fast pace in the city. I rented a room with Taiwanese. It really is an old

house. But inside furnishings of many comfortable and clean in the first floor. The

house in centre of town. It would make me very convenient to go anywhere. I want to

China town every Saturday.

                                      Many Americans are obsessed with their pets

       I think, more ad more Americans spend a lot of money on their pets. First, they are lonely in their 

lives. So,they need to live with pets to accompany. Most people choose a dog to be their partner. They   

are from a old history of people began to dog. On the other hand, dogs are able to build friendship with 

people. SO I think this is way Americans treat dogs as a child. Next, in my country only a few people are 

obsessed with their pets. Most people used dogs to guard the door. Finally, I think different countries 

treat pets in different ways. but they are our best friends in the world.
